Arrival and check out:
Cottages are available from 3.00pm on the arrival date. You are requested to vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on the day of departure.  We can hold your luggage for collection later in the day subject to prior arrangement.
 
Payment:
To secure your booking you will be required to pay a non returnable deposit of £150 per week or part. The remaining balance is due on arrival however, if you wish to pay by cheque please ensure your payment arrives fourteen days prior to the commencement of your stay.
 
Cancellation and amendments:
If for any reason you find it necessary to cancel your booking, you should immediately contact Aisthorpe Farm. The cancellation should be in writing and signed by the person who made the booking. We would apply the following scale of cancellation charges payable by you.

More than 42 days Deposit only
29 - 41 days before 30%
18 - 28 days before 45%
1 - 14 days before 60%
on or after the day of arrival 100%

If you wish to amend your booking we will do our very best to accommodate you.

Cancellation or alteration by us:
All our bookings are planned very carefully but in very rare cases it is necessary to amend or cancel bookings made by you. We therefore reserve the right in any circumstances to make such changes or to cancel the booking. If we cancel or make any major change to your booking you will be free to a) accept the new holiday arrangement offered by us or b) cancel your holiday with us altogether and receive a full refund of all monies paid.
 
Parking:
The farm offers free of charge car parking spaces to guests who are using our accommodation, but we wish to advise all visitors that parking is done so at their own risk and that we cannot be held responsible for the security of vehicles.
 
Holiday Insurance:
We strongly advise that you should take out insurance to cover the cost of cancellation and also to cover other risks.
 
If you have a problem:
If you have a problem on your holiday, please bring it to the attention of the farm immediately so that we can endeavour to resolve it as quickly as possible.
